So last night I finally get around to doing some work on my old tabletop missile command. Gave it a good clean, played a few games, pulled the game chips and wiped the legs.

I even worked out how to remove the controls, I’ve been reading about how to replace the rollers, its a thirty year old trackball game, they are fairly worn.

So I do all that, source some replacement parts while pondering converting it to a mame machine…..

Never mind though, my cars speedo shat itself on my way to work this morning. Sitting at 0. Makes driving that much more interesting I guess but no doubt the repairs will eat my arcade restoration fund.

Waiting to hear back about the stupid car. Gah.

The cat found where it was charging and dragged it off under a desk and ate it.

Its all mangled and can do no more than twitch along the ground.

After all the recent news I decided to have a look and see what it was about.

Pretty much its a big chat room that people walk around in wearing their custom skins, its possible to make your own objects and stuff like that, buy and furnish a house.

In the 30 minutes between installing this crap and deleting it I wandered around, played a super slow space invaders clone, attached a chair and a go-cart to my chest of my super gay furry avatar….visited the penis mod center (No money ahhh) and swore at people the whole time.

Ugh.
