We prettymuch played with them all day. At one point a very serious looking suit approached me (Thought I was screwed) and chatted for awhile about different types we both have, best place to buy.

Today I saw unix admin with crazy bed hair and no shoes, I’m told he dosent need to wear shoes and everyone is cool with that….but you know its a big company with liability issues….he had to sign a form.

A no shoe form.

I’ve not updated in awhile.

Bought a 50in plasma TV a few weeks back pretty happy with it, yet to actually watch any HD content on it though, xbox chokes on it.

Thus I’ve started work on a mythtv box.

Running a Athlon64 3800, 1gb ddr, ATI 9800 AGP, Audigy 2 ZS.
My old pc, I upgraded a few days ago to a sweet Core 2 E6600.

Payday tomorrow….thinking of getting another micro helicopter.
Got one in bangkok last month, good fun….cat goes freaking crazy for it.

Yesterday I got a hot chocolate from the machine.
It gave me two cups.
Two cups made it hard to remove from the claw thus I spilled it on my hand.

Today.
No cup.

I guess it was time for SOMETHING to suck.

This place is quite a change from my last job which I’m missing less every day. A few examples:

Here I have MY own desk, I’ll be setting up a second display sometime soon.
Admin access to my machine, soundcard, speakers, cool to have music.
Cool to answer my mobile.
Cool to eat at desk and have food around.
Hour lunch with heaps of awesome options around….no fucking timer either.
Stationary….not a locked cupboard and a hunt for a chewed pen….these guys have a whole room full of everything, just wander in and load up on whatever.
